摘    要:跨文化体验是通过亲身体验的方式习得其他国家和民族文化的学习方式。从培养具有国际视野的跨文化人才目的出发,跨文化体验可以通过课堂教学、专题讲座、社团活动、跨文化赏析、角色扮演、交流活动、游学、留学等形式进行。在跨文化体验过程中,我们要正确认识自己的文化、自觉进行文化对比、正确对待文化差异,克服跨文化交往中的心理障碍。

On Approaches and Problems of Cross-cultural Experiential Study

Abstract:Cross-cultural experiential study is an approach that aims at learning the culture of other nations by experiencing it in person. In order to cultivate the cultural talents with a global mindset, the cross-cultural experiential study can be carried out through classroom teaching, topic lectures, association activities, cross-cultural appreciation, role play, communication, tours to the target country, overseas studies and so on. During the experiential study, we should have objective comments on our own culture, consciously compare different cultures and treat the cultural differences appropriately so that we can eventually overcome the psychological obstacle during cross-cultural communication.
