| 摘 要： | 专业化培训是推进辅导员队伍专业化建设的重要途径，因此，加强辅导员专业化培训的工作意义重大。我们可以针对目前辅导员培训的现状及存在的主要问题，尝试提出高校辅导员专业化培训的有效策略，以实现辅导员队伍专业化的可持续发展。

With the consideration of the present situation and the existing problems, this paper tries to provide an effective strategy of specialized training for college counselors so as to achieve sustainable development of specialized counselors. |
