Abstract:Education is the essential responsibility of university.To build a world first-class university and train the qualified graduates with capability,the excellent service must be provided.Therefore this paper expatiates the concept of service and discusses the meaning of service quality;it defines what the best service is and explores how to make it available as well.The authors also make the suggestion that the best service is the service which is beyond the expectations of people;this is the highest criterion we are trying to meet.
