| 摘 要： | “三位一体”就业模式是指立足于高职教育特点，集“毕业论文答辩，技能与成果展示、现场签约”于一体的就业模式，是在现有就业模式基础上的一种突破与创新，具有丰富的内涵与特征。该模式的建构需要学校。用人单位通力合作，通过专业结构调整、教育教学改革，教育思想更新等保障措施来实现。

| Abstract: | The employment mode of the Trinlty focus on the graduationthesis reply,the skill and the achievement demonstration,scene signing a treaty on one mode of employment which based on the characteristics of higher vocational education,It is one kind of braekthrough and the innovation in the existing employment mode foundation,riching in connotation and features ,Construting the modei needs full cooperation between the school and the employer,To reach this goal,we should bring out lots of ensure measures such as adjustiong major constrution,reforming in education,updating our educcational ideal and so on . |
