| Abstract: | This article introduces the definition of Cause-Effect Diagram Analysis and its basic analysis procedure,and the method is used to analyze the reason affecting SMS success rate and recommends.Finally corresponding optimal measures are put forward on the basis of analyzing the leading causes influencing SMS success rate. |
