| 摘 要： | 培养目标的定位是专业教育的核心，也是教学计划的出发点和归宿。通过对我国13所体育院校运动训练专业培养目标的比较、调查与咨询，分析了影响运动训练专业培养目标定位的因素，提出了运动训练专业培养目标应拓展；由“单一目标”方向向“多目标”方向转变；人才培养规格应由定向培养“专才”型向多向培养“通才”型人才方向发展，也为进一步深化运动系教学改革，加强专业建设，提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | At the very core of a specialty is the definition of educational goals,which a curriculum starts and ends,Based on the comparisons,surverys and consultations conducted in regard to the educational goals of Sports Coaching in thethirteen national colleges and Universities of PE ,this paper analyzes the affecting factors in defining the educational goals of Sports Coaching,and suggests a transference of educational goals form unitary to multiple ,from developing professionalism to fostering versatility.As such, this paper is also intended to provide theoretical guidance for educational reform in the specialty of Sports Coaching. |
