| 摘 要： | 本文系统阐述建立动态电子学籍档案能提高学籍档案的管理效率、检索速度和查准率,充分发挥学籍档案的信息功能,学籍档案数字化是档案信息上网的基础,建立动态电子学籍档案是建设数字化档案馆的一种探索,对其他各门类档案的数字化也具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | This paper formulates the fact that dynamic electronic student status archives can not only improve managerial efficiency, search speed and precision ratio, but also make the best of the information function. The digitization of student status archives makes publishing archives information online possible. Establishing dynamic electronic student status archives is not only an exploration for setting up digitized archives but also useful for reference to the digitization of other categories of archives. |
