摘    要:【目的/意义】厘清虚拟学术社区中个体系统的知识匹配关系和知识协同过程,有助于社区管理者对知识失配和错配的理解和应对,对维持社区健康持续运行和知识活动有序进行具有重要意义。【方法/过程】利用文献分析法提出虚拟学术社区知识匹配和知识协同的概念,并基于协同学理论构建知识协同层次模型。从知识需求和知识势差出发,分别分析并行关系和串行关系下的知识匹配形成机理。在此基础上,分析虚拟学术社区的知识协同过程的四个阶段和具体内容。【结果/结论】提出了并行和串行知识匹配关系的特点和形成机理,指出虚拟学术社区知识协同过程并构建理论模型,为社区管理者正确处理匹配关系和解决知识活动的无序问题提出了建议和对策。

Abstract:【Purpose/significance】The purpose of this paper is helping the manager to know the knowledge matching relation and the knowledge collaboration process in virtual academic community and handle the knowledge unmatching correctly. It is important to keep community healthy and sustainable running and maintain its knowledge activities orderly.【Method/process】This paper put forward the conception of knowledge matching and knowledge collaboration in virtual academic community by method of literature analysis and constructed the hierarchy model, analyzed the mechanism of knowledge matching under parallel relation and seral relation based the theory of knowledge requirement and knowledge potential difference, and then explored the content of four steps of knowledge collaboration process.【Result/conclusion】Put forward the features and formation mechanism of knowledge matching relation, point out the process of knowledge collaboration in virtual academic community, and provid suggestion of treating the knowledge matching relation accurately and solve knowledge activates disorder for community manager.
