摘    要:【目的/意义】"一带一路"倡议的提出,对沿线各国间实现语言互通提出了紧迫的要求。国际汉语教师作为汉语的传播者,提升其信息素养水平,既是提高个人能力的需要也是国家发展战略的要求。【方法/过程】借鉴美、英、日等国高等教育信息素养的标准,结合国际汉语教师信息素养现状,建立国际汉语教师信息素养模型,提出了大数据时代国际汉语教师信息素养培养途径和方法,并提出将信息技术和教育数据应用于汉语国际推广的建议策略。【结果/结论】国际汉语教师信息素养水平的提高必须紧密结合语言文化教学传播的专业性,积极进行语料库建设、汉语国际推广资源平台建设等,在新媒体教学手段的应用实践中培育个人信息素养是提升能力的有效途径。

Abstract:【Purpose/significance】The "Belt and Road" initiative puts forward urgent requirements for language communication among the countries along the route. As communicators of Chinese language, international Chinese teachers need to improve their information literacy, which is not only a need to improve personal ability, but also a requirement of national development strategy.【Method/process】Based on the information literacy standards of higher education in the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries, and combined with the current status of international Chinese teachers’ information literacy, an international Chinese teacher information literacy model is established. This paper puts forward the ways and methods of information literacy training for international Chinese teachers in the era of big data. And also proposes strategies for applying information technology and education data to the international promotion of Chinese.【Result/conclusion】The improvement of the information literacy level of international Chinese teachers must be closely combined with the professionalism of language and culture teaching and communication, and actively carry out the constructions of corpus and platforms for international promotion of Chinese. Cultivating personal information literacy in the application and practice of new media teaching methods is an effective way to improve ability.
