| 摘 要： | 随着国家改革开放政策的全面纵深推进与现代信息社会的深度融合发展,开放不仅成为数字时代国家档案事业发展的主旋律,而且是大数据时代数字档案资源基本发展态势。文章在分析数字档案资源开放环境与开放价值基础上,从数字档案资源的开放协作、开放共建、开放共享、开放共治与开放创新五个方面全面阐释了数字档案资源开放化发展态势,为新时期国家数字档案资源可持续发展提供理论思考,推动大数据时代数字档案资源的开放利用,满足信息社会用户数字档案资源多元化利用需求。

| Abstract: | With the comprehensive and in-depth advancement of the national reform and opening policy and the deep integration and development of the modern information society, opening has not only become the main theme of the development of national archives career in the digital age, but also the basic development trend of digital archives resources in the big data era. Based on the analysis of the opening environment and value of digital archive resources, the author comprehensively explains the opening development trend of digital archive resources from five aspects: opening collaboration, opening co-construction, opening sharing, opening co-governance and opening innovation of digital archive resources. It is conducive to further promoting the sustainable development of national digital archives resources in the new period, in order to promote the open utilization of digital archive resources in the era of big data, and meet the diversified utilization needs of users in the information society. |
