| 摘 要： | 高等师范学校生物化学实验教学中存在的诸多问题已严重影响着实验教学效果,影响了学生实验技能的提高和创新能力的培养;确立科学合理的教改目标、优化实验教学内容、创立自主性实验教学模式、引入研究性实验、建立科学合理的考核评价体系是生物化学实验教学改革的有效方法和正确途径。

| Abstract: | Result of biochemistry experiment teaching was affected seriously because the problems existing in the biochemistry experimental teaching at higher normal schools.The experimental technical ability and innovative capability of students was influenced too.The methods and ways of teaching reform of biochemistry experiments was studied and explored from the several aspects of establishing scientific and rational teaching reform target,optimizing the content of experiment teaching,creating autonomous experiment teaching mode,introducing research-oriented experiment,and setting up scientific and rational system of examination and assessment. |
