| Abstract: | OA is a new model of the scholarly publishing and scientific information communication.It has raised benefit conficts on several aspects such as funds,copyright and so on among authors,read-ers,publishers and other institute.Author discusses the benefit conficts,and points out suggestions on several aspects.the thesis analysed rights and interests conflict of OA information,and discussed how to manage the beneficence. |
