| 摘 要： | 体育社团作为非营利体育组织的组成部分,将在建设体育强国和服务社会大众方面发挥重要作用。基于平衡计分卡的原理,构建了适合于体育社团绩效评估的平衡计分卡,从财务、顾客、内部流程、创新与学习4个层面对四川省省级体育社团的绩效进行评价,并提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | Sports organizations,as part of non-profit sports organizations,will play an important role in constructing a sports power and serving the public.The paper,based on the principle of the balanced scorecard,constructs a balanced scorecard suitable for the performance evaluation of sports organizations and evaluates the performance of the provincial sports organizations in Sichuan from the four aspects of finance,customers,internal processes,innovation and learning and suggests some measures for improvement. |
