摘    要:后奥运时期,文化产业的繁荣和发展,为我国大型体育场馆发展带来良好的市场空间和发展机遇.从战略角度分析我国大型体育场馆在多元化运营中出现的问题和风险.认为大型体育场馆的运营应以建立长久竞争优势为战略导向,以地方文化为基点,整合场馆资源,明确经营目标,推动文化体育产业的融合,打造大型体育场馆的区域特色,不断提升其把握市场的核心竞争力.

Abstract:In the post-Olympic period,the prosperity and development of the cultural industry has brought about huge market potentials and development opportunities to the development of China’s cultural industry.The paper,from the strategic angle,analyzes the problems and risks of the diversified operation of the large sports venues,believing that the operation of large sports venues should be guided by the establishment of the long-term competitive advantages and be based on local culture.We should integrate venue resources,define the operation target,push forward the fusion of cultural and sports industries,create the local features of large sports venues and promote the their competitiveness in the market.
