| 摘 要： | 人文关怀是马克思主义的基本维度之一，人的生存、人的权利、人的解放、人的自由而全面的发展等问题始终是马克思主义所关注的永恒不变的主题。人文关怀与社会主义核心价值体系在价值目标上具有根本的一致性，在社会主义核心价值体系的建设中具有重要的价值和意义。要坚持把人文关怀融入到社会主义核心价值体系的建设当中，尊重人民群众的主体地位和首创精神，积极解决民生问题，坚持以文化人，塑造人文环境，切实把教育人、引导人、鼓舞人与尊重人、理解人、关心人结合起来，为社会主义核心价值体系建设奠定坚实的群众基础和思想基础。
