| 摘 要： | 人类纠纷的根源归根结底都是利益矛盾,而作为解决纠纷的法律,可以认为“维护利益”即“维利”是法的重要特征和根本目的,甚至是法的本质属性之一。正确认识法这种维护利益的特性,在我国法制建设的今天,也具有积极作用。
