| 摘 要： | 民营经济是私有资本的主要栽体，是非公有制经济发展的最好体现。改革开放20多年的实践证明，民营经济越发展的地区，社会经济发展越快，反之则相反。贵州作为我国西部内陆省份，与先进省份及沿海地区相比，在发展非公有制经济上，存在较大的差距。我们思想观念的保守、滞后，是造成这种差距的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | The private economy is the major carrier of the private owned capital, and the b est indication of the development of non-public ownership of means of productio n. The practice of opening and reform in the past twenty years has proved that a region where the private economy is more developed has a faster development of its social economy. Guizhou is an inland province. There exists a great gap betw een Guizhou and the developed provinces or the coastal regions in developing non -public economy. One of the important causes for this condition is our conserva tive and laggard concept. |
