| 摘 要： | 本文从比学习,思想文化素质要明显高于普通群众,比业务,工作能力要明显强于普通群众,比管理,执行制度要明显好于普通群众,比服务,态度和质量要明显优于普通群众,比贡献,工作业绩要明显大于普通群众等五个方面讨论了高校共产党员先进性的具体体现,目的在于使高校党员先进性的标准更加具体和明确,从而更好地发挥先锋模范作用.

| Abstract: | This article discusses the specific reflection of the Party membere in colleges from the 5 aspects: in study, their ideological quality is clearly higher than ordi fary masses; in work, their ability is clearly better than the ordinary masses; in management, they can better execute the system; in service, they have better attitude and quality than the ordinary masses; in contribution, their achievements are better than the ordinary masses, so as to make the standard for the advancement of the Party members in colleges more specific and clearer and play the exemplary role better. |
