| 摘 要： | 在高校轮滑教学中,女大学生占有重要的比例,女大学生产生的心理障碍是影响教学效果的重要原因之一。通过对轮滑教学中女大学生心理障碍成因的分析,认为女大学生产生心理障碍的因素主要有：轮滑基础差;身体素质差;动作危险、难度大;教师水平低;男女混班等。教师可以通过增强女大学生身体素质;针对女大学生的特点和不同的个性心理特征,区别对待;对学生加强保护和帮助;帮助树立自信心;提高自我心理调控能力;培养社会适应能力;提高自身的业务等手段消除学生的心理障碍。
