| 摘 要： | 社会管理能力建设是当前经济社会发展过程中的重要任务之一。文章对社会管理能力建设的背景、原因,以及社区教育在社会管理中的作用、如何发挥社区教育作用等问题进行了阐述,研究分析了从社区教育的角度加强社会管理能力建设等问题。

| Abstract: | Social management capacity building is one of important tasks in the current economic and social development process.This article illustrates issues on the background and reason of social management capacity building,as well as the role of community education in social management,and how to play the roll of community education.It also researched and analyzed how to strengthen social management capacity building and other issues from the point of view of the community education. |
