| 摘 要： | 高职院校实行“双证书”制度是高职教育的特性要求，也是经济和社会发展的需要。针对目前禹职院校存在的就业资格准入制度尚未全面落实、实训基地建设困难、“双师型”教师严重不足、技能培训重理论轻操作等问题，应构建市场化、社会化的职业培训和技能鉴定体系，充分发挥行业协会在职业教育中的作用，严格就业准入，强化职业资格与劳动力市场的关系，加速“双师型”教师队伍建设，加快建设现代实训基地，建立“双证书”的“直通车”。

| Abstract: | The implementation of "dual-certificate" system in higher vocational schools is the unique demand of higher vocational education,and economical and social development.Aiming at many problems existed in higher vocational schools,such as the system of employment qualification admittance hasn't been carried out comprehensively,the difficulty in the construction of practice training base,sevious shortages of dual-qualification teachers,emphasis on theory and ignorance to practice in skills training.Therefore,marketalized and socialized professional training and skills identification system should be built,the role of industrial committee should be fully exerted,the exployment admittance system should be regulated,the relationship between professional qualification and labour market should be strengthened,etc. |
