| 摘 要： | 20世纪初,梁启超以敏锐的洞察力在总结戊戌变法失败的原因及对比中西文化巨大差异的基础上,对传统文化深层结构进行反思,提出了改造国民性的时代课题。他以"新民"学说作为国家富强、民族振兴的根本保障,形成了他的新民思想。
