| 摘 要： | 语言能力和能力标准,是语言学、语言教学和语言测试领域研究的热门话题。本文首先讨论了语言能力标准的背景和原则,然后论述了多种能力和隐喻能力概念,以及在课堂教学中交际能力的培养。文章认为,语言能力和能力标准必须考虑交际环境和交际对象。

| Abstract: | The language competency and competency standards are heated topics in linguistics,language teaching and language testing. This paper firstly introduces the background and principles of such,then discusses and metaphoric competency concepts,and the development of in the language classroom. The paper concludes that communication environment and interlocutors should be taken into consideration in the language competency and competency standards design. |
