| 摘 要： | 观察大连地区妇女妊娠后血清中微量元素的变化。采用电感偶合等离子发射光谱法（ICP-AES）检测未孕妇女和孕妇血清中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca、Al、Pb含量。结果显示孕妇血清中Fe、Mn、Ca低于对照组（P〈0．01），Cu、Zn高于对照组（P〈0．01）；A1高于对照组（P〉0．05），Pb低于对照组（P〉0．05）。说明二者血清中部分微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca含量有极显著性差异。妊娠妇女应注意孕期的营养膳食补充，避免有害元素摄入。

| Abstract: | The trace elements change in serum of the pregnant women was observed. Determination ofFe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ca, AK Pb in serum of the non-pregnant and the pregnant women were observed by ICP-AES. The content of Fe, Mn, Ca in serum of the pregnant women obviously decrease than that of non-pregnant women （P〈0.01 ） .The content of Cu and Zn in serum of the pregnant women obviously rise （P〈0.01）. A1 was lower than that of the non-pregnant women（P〉 0.05）, while Pb was higher（P〉 0.05）. There are obvious changes of trace elements including Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ca in serum of the non-pregnant and the pregnant women, so women should pay attention to reasonable nutriment during pregnancy. |
