社会资本、人力资本、择业观念在大学生就业中的影响分析——以大连地区 D 大学本科毕业生为例

摘    要:以辽宁省大连地区D大学2013年本科毕业生为例,通过对大学生的社会资本、人力资本与择业观念进行定量分析,运用二项分类logistic回归模型与定序对数比率回归模型,找出影响大学毕业生就业的影响因素,为大学生自身就业和公共决策提供相关依据。社会资本在就业中能为大学生提供就业信息,有很大的运作空间;人力资本在就业中也发挥重要作用,工作经历等因素对大学生就业机会的获得以及就业质量有着显著影响;择业观念同样也有不可忽视的作用,就业声望观与择业代价观都对大学生就业有着显著影响。

Abstract:This article is based on a study of the 2013 graduates of D University in Dalian and the purpose of the article is to find the factors affecting university students' employment and to offer relative information for the university students and the public administration agencies. The research quantitatively analyses the correlation between social capital, human-power capital and job-hunting conception and graduates' employment and use BLR and OLR models to arrange the data. Social capital could provide employment information for the graduates and promote graduates employment. Human-power capital is also very important in job-hunting. Work experience and other factors have different effect in the position acquiring opportunity and the quality of the position acquirement. Besides, the conception of employment is an important factor affecting university students' employment. Both the expectation of job and sense of competition have an apparent effect on employment of graduates.
