| 摘 要： | 目前我省公共图书馆外文文献资源在收集与利用方面较为薄弱，需对传统的外文文献资源建设模式进行大刀阔斧的改进。贵州省图书馆结合贵州跨越式发展的需要，适时地承担起外文文献资源建设的责任，并取得了一定成效。作为一家省级公共图书馆，在外文文献资源建设上建立了科学的管理体制；加强对信息源的收集，提高采访人员的专业技能，建立与读者长期沟通、交流机制，构建多元化的外文馆藏结构，促进贵州经济发展，为贵州科研发展、文化交流提供了有力保障。

| Abstract: | At present, the foreign documentary resources of public library in our province are very weak in the collection and utilization, and need an improvement in the traditional foreign literature resources construction mode. Guizhou Provincial Li brary has achieved some results by combining Guizhou＇ s great leap forward development of need in time and the responsi bility of foreign literature resources construction. As a provincial public library, Guizhou Provincial Library tries to construct foreign literature resources by establishing a scientific management system, to strengthen the information collection, to improve the staff＇ s professional skills, to establish long term readers communication mechanism, in this way, we can build a multi ple foreign language structure of the library, and promote economic development in Guizhou, which helps scientific research development in Guizhou cultural communication, and provides a powerful guarantee. |
