| Abstract: | In this paper,the author discusses some issues about measurement evaluation of technological innovations.The author emphasizes that technological innovations should be measured and evaluated in different levels.We should attach importance to evaluating the diffusion of technological innovation and pay close attention to the measurement evaluation of the conversion cost,the conversion benefit and the microeconomic effect of the technological innovations.The author also makes some suggestions and opinions on the implementation of measurement evaluation of technological innovation. |
