| 摘 要： | 区域经济一体化和经济全球化作为当今世界经济两大主要思潮，两者间的关系一直是人们所探讨的问题。当前国内外很多学者普遍认为：区域经济一体化对全球经济一体化有很大的负面的作用，他们主张，在推进区域经济一体化的过程中必须淡化、限制消极因素，抑制区域经济一体化的排他性、区域性或集团性。本文认为虽然两者产生与发展有各自特殊的原因，且在一定程度上存在着客观冲突，但区域经济一体化对经济全球化提供了新的思路和途径，注入了新的活力，并促进了全球经济一体化的发展。面对区域经济的迅猛发展，我国应该尽快学会两腿走路，将区域经济的发展提到战略高度。
