陶瓷膜微滤法精制关黄柏提取液的研究

摘    要:对无机陶瓷膜微滤关黄柏提取液进行研究,测定了不同操作条件对膜通量的影响,考察了膜的清洗方法,测定了有效成分盐酸小檗碱的含量.关黄柏提取液微滤前为浑浊液体,微滤后为澄明液体,有效成分转移率为63.6%.

Abstract:Refinement of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.Extract by ceramic microfiltration membrane was studied.Different operating parameters on membrane flux were investigated.Membrane was cleaned by using some chemical agents.The amounts of Berberine Hydrochlorde before and after microfiltration were compared.Phellodendron amurense Rupr.Extract became clear after microfiltration.The metastasis rate of the effective ingredient was 63.6%.
