| 摘 要： | 中小学教师非学历教育工作属于教师继续教育的一部分,关系到高素质教师队伍的建设。立法、经费保障机制、时间保障机制、培训机构、培训内容和培训方法等属于教师非学历教育工作质量保障的重要组成部分。为了适应高素质教师队伍建设的需要,本文在对国内外教师非学历教育工作从上述方面对其特点进行综述的基础上,对我国教师非学历教育工作的现状进行思考。

| Abstract: | Being a part of teachers' further education, non-diploma further education has great influence on the construction of teachers' team with high quality. Legislation, fund and time guarantee system, training center, training substance and training methods are the main factors that guarantee the quality of non-diploma further education among teachers in middle schools and primary schools. In order to meet the needs of the construction of teachers' team with high quality in our country, this paper attempts to make a research on the current situation of non-diploma further education among teachers in middle schools and primary schools based on the summary of the current non-diploma further education both at home and abroad. |
