| 摘 要： | 马克思在《资本论》中系统研究了地租问题,其中有许多关于市场经济条件下土地资源配置一般规律的分析,如地租形式演进的机制、级差地租的两种形式、土地所有权与地租的关系、土地资源配置的特点及使用流转中的利益关系等,这些理论对诠释我国当前土地制度变迁趋势及农地流转中的利益关系,具有重要的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | In the Capital,Marx made a systematic investigation of land rent.He analyzed general rules concerning arrangement of land resources under market economy,including the mechanism of evolution of forms of land rent,two forms of grading land rent,the relationship between ownership of land and land rent,characteristics of arrangement of land resources and interest relations in land circulation.All these theories are of realistic directive significance to interpreting the current changing trend of land system in our country and interest relations in circulation of farm land. |
