| 摘 要： | 未来信息服务业的发展方向是知识管理和知识服务,知识将成为信息机构的核心竞争力所在.本文提出将知识地图应用于信息机构,用来促进机构内隐性知识共享;分析了静态知识地图用以显性化和传承专家知识,动态知识地图用以及时共享知识和基础积累;探讨了用于信息机构隐性知识共享的知识地图原型构建和激励环境构建.
