| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着国有企业改革力度的加大,人们把国有资产管理的重点放在了国企改革过程中资产处置、置换、投资等领域。为了防止国有资产流失,更多的目光投向了国有企业,行政事业单位往往被人忽视,其国有资产管理工作也逐渐趋于放任状态,影响了国有资产管理工作的整体质量。本文在分析行政事业单位国有资产管理现状的基础上,就如何加强行政事业单位的国有资产监管、提高资产使用效益,进行了简单探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years, along with state-owned enterprise reform dynamics enlarging,the people placed the state asset management key point in the domain of property handling,replacement,investment in the process of the state-owned enterprise reform.In order to prevent the state asset drained, more vision was focused on the state-owned enterprise,the administration institution has been often neglected.It's state asset supervisory work,also gradually tended to the laissez faire condition,has affected the state asset supervisory work overall quality.This article on the foundation of analysis of administration institution state asset management present situation ,on how to strengthen the administration institution state asset supervising and managing and to enhance the property use benefit, has carried on the simple discussion. |
