| 摘 要： | 根据"3+2"管理模式的原理,对该模式在普通高校高水平运动队管理理论构建进行探讨。在目标模块上,分析了运动队战略计划制定时应考虑的管理因素;在考核模块上,强调运动队管理考核工作的重要性,采用"360度考核"的方法;在基础设施模块上,根据竞技体育领域诚信缺失的现状,应用"诚信程序"的方法来建设运动队的价值坐标体系;在过程工具模块上,应用"群策群力"的行为模式和"质量品质"监控模式来提高运动队管理水平。
