| 摘 要： | 体育立法的价值不仅可以决定体育立法的效用,而且可以决定体育立法的利益归属和发展方向等。但这一根本问题并未有效地反映在我国体育立法中。我国只有在确立了体育立法合理价值的条件下,才能科学构设体育立法合理价值的内容,如维护公平、便于管理相对人权利的实现和追求效率等。
