| 摘 要： | 中华民族传统体育的发展史是中华民族发展史册中的重要篇章,与社会的发展息息相关,折射出不同社会发展时期政治、经济、文化等社会诸元素发展之状况,并随着社会的兴衰交替而沉浮。由于社会经济的发展,生存环境的变化等因素使融合着中华民族宝贵的文化遗产的民族传统体育也不可避免地出现了异化。因此,对我国民族传统体育发展的异化与规避进行探讨,找出异化的原因以及规避的方式,能促使民族传统体育的健康发展,更好地担负起把中华民族传统体育文化推向世界的历史责任。
