| 摘 要： | 参考文献具有审稿、索引和保护作用，科技期刊编辑应以著作权法为指针，以参考文献著录规则为标准，既要重视参考文献在文内的佐证作用，又要重视参考文献在文后的信息作用，并且要注意防止参考文献的形式主义标注和不标注两种倾向。

| Abstract: | Reference literature is to examine and proofread, index and protect. Edition of scientific and technological periodicals should be guided by The Law of Copyright, and has the standards and regulations of reference literature as its standards. It should attach importance not only to the proofread functions, and to the after-paper information functions of reference literature, but also to the two tendencies of marking externally and no marking of reference literature. |
