云南民办高职高专院校与公办普通高校辅导员角色认同研究

摘    要:辅导员角色认同是辅导员职业化建设的心理基础,关系到辅导员自身职业化发展水平和高校思想政治教育的成败。通过对云南民办高职高专院校与公办普通高校辅导员角色认同进行研究,指出了辅导员角色认同对其职业化建设的重要性,并分析了影响辅导员角色认同的因素,最后有针对性地提出提高辅导员角色认同的对策和建议。

Abstract:Character recognition of college counselors is the psychological basis for counselor professional construction, related to the professional development of counselors'themselves and the success of college ideological and political education. Research on character recognition of coun- selors in Yunnan's private and public colleges points out the important role of character recogni- tion for the counselors professional construction, analyzes the influenced factors and puts forward strategies and suggestions.
