| 摘 要： | 评价网络教育课程质量不能只看网上资源,而应全面衡量课程的教学设计、教学资源、教学过程和教学效果.网络课程的基本要求突出表现在:适于学生自主学习、准确呈现学习内容、便于开展师生交互、设计有效学习活动等四个方面;开发与设计网络精品课程,要掌握课程设计和教学分析方法,精心设计课程内容和表现形式,运用教学策略激发学生的学习兴趣,重视导学、助学与促学的设计,规范设计程序和发挥课程组作用.

| Abstract: | The quality of online education courses can not only be evaluated by the online resources,but also by the design, resources, process and effect of instruction. The basic requirements for online courses are: suitable for autonomous learning, accurate in presenting what should be taught, convenient for the interaction between teachers and students, and effective design of learning activities. To development and design excellent online courses, we should master methods of course design and instruction analysis,carefully design the content and form of presentation, inspire learners" interests through instructional tactics,emphasize guidance, help and encouragement of learning, standardize developing software, and exert the function of course teams. |
