| 摘 要： | 城市竞争力属于多指标综合评价范畴,其面临的问题在于如何确立科学的评价指标体系、各个指标权重如何确定以及在此基础上怎样实现综合评定.为此,在查阅多方资料的前提下,建立了城市竞争力评价的指标体系,并针对传统BP神经网络的不足,结合重置算法和统计方法改进神经网络结构,以确立各个指标的权重,进而实现竞争力综合评价.最后,以江西省各个城市作为算例,实现竞争力结果的排序,以验证该文方法的可行性.
