| 摘 要： | 对中国竞技体育举国体制背后所蕴涵的文化传统进行了分析。认为:第一,从民族群体意识到金牌意识是中国文化传统的必然取向;第二,举国体制的完善需要全面的人文体育观指导。全面的人文体育观应建立在类的人、群体的人和个体的人三个层面之上,它是三个层面的人文价值的高度综合。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the cultural tradition contained in the nationwide competitive sports system in China,and revealed the following findings: Firstly,it was the inevitable orientation for Chinese cultural tradition to develop from national group awareness to gold medal awareness;secondly,the perfection of the nationwide system required the guidance for comprehensive humanistic sports view.Comprehensive humanistic sports view should be established above the three hierarchies,namely,people as human beings,people as a group and people as individuals,and it is the ultimate integration of humanistic value of these three hierarchies. |
