| 摘 要： | 生态文明的建设与树立低碳意识和倡导低碳消费密不可分,要推进生态文明建设,就应当在低碳型政府的示范效应下,强化企业在生产过程中的低碳觉醒,建立和健全低碳消费领域的法律法规体系,在观念上实现民众由高碳消费向低碳消费的转变。

| Abstract: | To promote the construction of ecological civilization , we must correctly handle the relationships between economic develop-ment and ecological environment protection , firmly establish the ecosystem environment is to protect the productive forces , improve the ecological environment is to develop productive forces concept , to promote green development , development cycle , low carbon develop-ment, and never at the expense of the environment in exchange for temporary economic growth .Therefore, the construction of ecologi-cal civilization and building low carbon consciousness and advocate low carbon consumption is inseparable . |
