益智仁对束缚应激大鼠海马CA3区神经元损伤的影响

摘    要:研究益智仁对束缚应激大鼠海马神经元损伤的影响。模型组、中药组大鼠每日束缚1次,连续3周。中药组束缚前给予益智仁水提取物灌胃。采用苏木素-伊红染色,光镜下观察海马神经元CA3区的变化。结果表明,海马神经元CA3区,模型组细胞胞体膨胀,核膜消失,核质空泡样变,细胞核固缩,尼氏体模糊,有的消失。中药组细胞未见上述明显改变。益智仁对束缚应激大鼠海马神经元损伤有明显保护作用。

Abstract:To study FAO's effect on injury of hippocampal CA3 neurons of restrained rats in stress.In stress group,the number of rat hippocampal CA3 neurons decreased,the length of apical dendrite was shortened,some cells were swelling,other cells were shrinking,some Nissl bodies were blurry,other Nissl bodies were disappear.In group,the neurons have no significantly change like in group.The FAO could prevent the hippocampal CA3 neurons of restrained stress rat from injury.
