摘    要:确立科研团队集体与个体的利益共享机制是实现团队科研产出的关键.高校从教学型向教学研究型大学转型过程中,由于科研规划定位的盲目性、粗放性,资源竞争局限性以及科研人员水平差异性的影响,在实现团队整体利益时必然会牺牲到成员个人利益.基于激励相容的理念,为实现科研团队和成员的最优利益提供可行性措施.
