| 摘 要： | 高校学生一般思想行为模糊管理是一个探索性的课题。这一管理思维和管理方法的基本框架,主要包括管理取向上的宽松简约风格,管理目标上的区间式特征、管理方式上的“三个转变”与“五个环节”。实施模糊管理,必须把握分清界限,严守界限和特殊情况特殊处理的原则。

| Abstract: | The fuzzy management of the general ideological conducts of college students is an exploratory subject. The basic framework of the management thinking and approach primarily involves management orientation, management objectives and management patterns. To implement the fuzzy management, limits should be clear about and strictly observed, and special cases should be dealt with in special ways. |
