韦伯管理制度对星级酒店契约关系影响研究

摘    要:20世纪初,马克斯.韦伯提出了官僚制度,虽然这一理论有其局限性,但依然具有很强的实践指导意义,大部分酒店仍以这一理论为指导原则,从而达到利益最大化的目的。从韦伯官僚制度的特征入手,重点分析了等级制和管理专业化对酒店组织结构形成的影响,进而分析官僚制度对酒店契约关系产生的影响,从另一个角度解释现在酒店业高离职率以及代理人和酒店雇主之间矛盾不断深化的原因。强调对于星级饭店要跳出官僚制的规则和结构模式,关注员工的情感发展和企业文化的培育,完善激励制度。

Abstract:At the beginning of twenties,Max.Weber put forward bureaucracy.Although it has its limitations,this theory has great practical significance.Using this theory as their guideline most hotels get a big benefit.The essay introduces the characters of bureaucracy and the character impact on the structure of hotels and then analyzes the bureaucracy impact on the relationship of contract in hotel.It also provides another angle to explain the high turnover rate in hotel and the contradiction between agents and the hotel employers.Last it points out that hotel should get rid of the rules and structure mode in bureaucracy,focus on emotional development of employees and the culture and perfect the incentive system of the hotels.
