| Abstract: | Through the investigation by questionnaire for 882 students and the data analysis in SPSSIO.0,understanding the employment situation of graduates working in the grass-roots units and guiding them to grass-roots employment can help gradates realize the value of life better.Meanwhile,it also speeds up our steps on building socialist new country.Developing the grass-roots understanding and talent education,we can cultivate their ability to adapt to grass-roots units,establishes the long-term mechanism of the benign interaction between the employment of graduates and talent training and further promotes graduates to work in the grassroots units.The research of employment education is of great significance for guiding graduates to the grass-roots units. |
