摘    要:高等植物由许多形态和功能不同的细胞组成,各类细胞在植物体内行使特定的功能,同时,细胞间又存在着结构和功能上的密切联系。要想获得特定类型细胞的准确信息,必须首先将其从杂合的细胞群中分离出来。高等植物细胞分离技术主要有密度梯度离心法、流式细胞仪法、激光捕获显微切割技术和人工显微分离技术等。本文综合介绍了这些方法的基本原理、操作流程及优缺点,并介绍了近年来高等植物细胞分离方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Higher plants are composed of many kinds of cells with different functions.Each kind of cells have their specific functions in plants,meanwhile,there are close relations between their structures and functions.In order to obtain accurate information of certain type of cells,at first,we must separate them from the mixed cells.The methods of separating higher plant cells could be divided into four kinds:density gradient centrifugation,flow cytometry,laser capture microdissection and microseparation.In this paper,we review these methods’ basic principles,operation procedures and their advantages and disadvantages;we also present the progress of their applications in higher plant cells separation in recent years.
