| 摘 要： | 繁荣发展服务业对于优化经济结构,转变经济发展方式,增加就业和改善提升城市功能都具有十分重要的作用。济南作为省会城市和重要的区域中心城市,与一般城市相比,具有发展服务业的优势条件;目前,济南市服务业存在市场化程度不高、产业结构不合理、有效需求不足、综合竞争力不强等问题;服务业总体上仍然以传统服务业为主,现代服务业发展滞后;以消费型服务业为主,生产型服务业发展仍然有限。本文针对这些阻碍因素及问题,提出了促进济南市服务业发展的建议对策。

| Abstract: | The development of service industry is beneficial to optimizing economic structure,changing the pattern of economic development,increasing employment opportunities and improving the urban functions.As the provincial capital and important regional central city,Jian has advantaged conditions of developing service industry.At present,there are some problems about service industry of Jinan,such as the low marketization degree,the unreasonable industrial structure,the insufficient effective demand and the weak comprehensive competitive capability.In addition,traditional service industry is dominant,but modern service industry develop slowly.The consumptive service industry hold a leading post and the development of productive one is still restricted.According to these problems,this paper presents some suggestions for promoting the development of service industry in Jinan. |
