| 摘 要： | 高职校园文化与企业文化作为不同的群体文化,分属不同领域,尽管两者之间有着较大差异,但他们在基本形态、形成发展、人才培养等方面有着互动融通的理论与实践基础。高职教育长远发展必然要紧密联系行业的发展。高职院校的校园文化应注重营造一种像企业一样的工作氛围,坚持以技术教育为主导的办学思想,促成企业文化与校园文融合、对接。

| Abstract: | Different group cultures as they are,higher vocational campus culture and enterprise culture have interactive theoretical and practical basis in fundamental forms,development and talent training. There＇s no doubt that the long-term development of higher vocational education is closely associated with that of industries. Characterized as the working atmosphere like enterprises and the school-running thought dominated by technology education,higher vocational campus culture should promote the probability of their connection and integration. |
